FPGRM - Iraqi Riverine Patrol Service (IRPS)

A Marine from the Fleet Protection Group Royal Marines (FPGRM) and a member of the Iraqi Riverine Patrol Service (IRPS) provide security on a 250-ft container ship in Umm Qasr port, Iraq, 2004. The IRPS were trained by a specialist Royal Navy training team and were to go on to perform join security patrols with FPGRM, Royal Navy and US Coast Guard forces.
